Class Overview

Power Vinyasa is combination of Vinyasa flows that will vary with sequences that will challenge balance and increase strength and flexibility. Core/abdominal conditioning is typically included but may also include glute strengthening and a mixture of stretches at the end of class. Connecting breath with movement power vinyasa is typically a faster paced flow but all levels including beginner yogis are encouraged. This class allows a student to include inversions and arm balances in their practice and usually an instructor guided mini session to learn and practice these. Come prepared to sweat. Bring your mat, towel and water.
