This class is a fun all-in-one, strength training workout! Focused on building strength and "sculpting" muscles by using weights (or just your own body weight), bands and other props along with and a few short cardio internals and final stretching.
Not only will you burn calories and tone up, you will build healthy bone density!
This workout can be modified for all fitness levels with posture modifications and weight selections. Like any class, the key to success is to respect your body and start where you are modifying as you need to build. Remember to be consistent in class attendance for best results.
