Class Overview

TRX: "Total Body Resistance Exercise." TRX is a style of strength training that leverages the TRX Suspension Trainer to build true resilience. Developed by the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. It's a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and your body weight. We blend this with a yoga flow to keep all the muscles pliable and receptive. This is a total body, stretch & strength, cardio workout for everyone who is up for the challenge.

Know before you go

  • Bring a mat, towel for your mat, water bottle and small towel
  • After class you will recieve an iced towel with essential oils to aid in recovery (for your face and neck)  pleae leave in the basket by the door
  • No talking in class and leave all extra personal belongings in the cubbies in the lobby.

Elev8 Hot Yoga was created with you in mind.  The concept is simple.  Treat people with kindness, and encourage growth.  Start exactly where you are.  There is something for every mind, body and soul.  They have two rooms that allows them to offer a diversity of classes continuously throughout the day, every day.  Whether you are an experienced yogi or this is your very first class, there is something there for you.
