Class Overview

Muscle Mass Boot Camp is an intensive, strength-focused class designed to build muscle and increase overall strength. This workout incorporates resistance training using weights, Platform work, Cables, and machines to target your major muscle groups. With a focus on controlled movements and progressive overload, participants complete circuits and reps aimed at maximizing muscle growth and tone. Ideal for those looking to gain lean muscle and improve physical strength, Muscle Mass Boot Camp is suitable for all fitness levels, with exercises adjustable to individual abilities. Please note: We cancel class if less than 2 people sign up for a class 12 hours before class starts. Location:812 Suite #5 San Pablo Ave, Pinole, CA 94564.   All monthly memberships have a Month-to Month membership with an Auto debit on the 1st of the month. Please notify ownership of any changes via email by the 15th of the previous month so changes can occur for the following month. Max 15 participants with 5 person waitlist.
