Class Overview

Cardio and Core is a high-energy class focused on burning calories and strengthening the core muscles. This workout combines cardio exercises like high knees, jumping jacks, and mountain climbers with targeted core moves such as planks, crunches, and leg raises. We will also use equipment like battle ropes, Kettle Bells, Cables, Sleds, especially ab machines and more. The class is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, stability, and core strength, helping participants build a strong foundation and improve overall fitness. Suitable for all levels, Cardio and Core is great for anyone looking to tone their midsection while getting a calorie-burning workout. Bring a workout towel and water bottle. Please note: We cancel class if less than 2 people sign up for a class 12 hours before class starts.  Location:812 Suite #5 San Pablo Ave, Pinole, CA 94564.   All monthly memberships have a Month-to Month membership with an Auto debit on the 1st of the month. Please notify ownership of any changes via email by the 15th of the previous month so changes can occur for the following month.Covid-19 Special requirements:  All participants will be scan from a non touch thermometer. Any participant with flu like symptoms or has a temperature more than 100.4 will be asked to not workout at X-Fit boot camps for7 days.
