Class Overview

Join us for a rejuvenating and invigorating 50+ yr Total Fitness Class designed specifically for older adults who are looking to enhance their overall health and well-being. This will be a low impact class helping participants establish proper movement patterns before learning to correctly stretch and heal your body using bands, foam rollers and more. This is a perfect class for those getting back into fitness, those with any underlining health issues, and beginners. Bring a workout towel and water bottle. Please note: We cancel class if less than 2 people sign up for a class 12 hours before class starts. Location:812 Suite #5 San Pablo Ave, Pinole, CA 94564.  All monthly memberships have a Month-to Month membership with an Auto debit on the 1st of the month. Please notify ownership of any changes via email by the 15th of the previous month so changes can occur for the following month.
