Class Overview

Join us inside for a work out on the Tower. This class challenges you to work your Powerhouse and your balance with the resistance of the springs to intensify your workout. Mix up your Pilates practice in this challenging Tower class. If you have done at least 10 Pilates workouts on the Reformer, Cadillac or Springboard, then you are ready for action. Difference between Reformer and Tower?- Integrated control as springs are placed differently working each part of your body individually- Towers are great for strengthening any imbalances in your body. *At least 10 Pilates equipment classes are required* Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate for after the first trimester. Please sign up for our Pre/Post Natal or Private classes.

  • Grip socks are required
  • Located on the second floor of the Marin Country Mart above Malia Mills and Pressed Juicery.
  • Workout towels and cold lemon/eucalyptus/lavender towels provided for after class.
  • There is ample parking available in the Marin Country Mart lot.

 

 

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Mighty Pilates is a beautiful studio in the Marin Country Mart that offers private sessions and challenging group Pilates classes on Reformers and Towers. Mighty Pilates offers a mix of indoor and outdoor classes; outdoor reformer classes are located in a secluded area on the deck, just outside the studio. The space features 10 reformers that are covered with a sail cloth to keep the sun out of clients’ eyes, and outdoor lights and heaters if it gets too cold (bring layers to accommodate changing weather conditions). Classes combine core strength, cardio, and stretching in an intense, fun workout and teachers are highly trained and deliver classical-style pilates instruction (with extra energy!) to ensure the best workout possible.
