Tone up your powerhouse and booty on the Reformers. This class focuses in on tightening your trunk and lifting your booty, but you’ll get a full-body workout. At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate for after the first trimester. Please sign up for our Pre/Post Natal classes or Privates instead.

Know before you go

  • Wear comfortable workout clothes that you feel ok sweating in. You’ll be laying down some of the time with your hands or legs in the air so make sure your clothes move with you.
  • Please wear grip socks – available for purchase if you don’t have them.
  • Bring a water bottle – there is a water filling station.
  • Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class.
  • No clients will be allowed in after 10 minutes - no exceptions.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Mighty Pilates' fourth studio is located in the heart of downtown Lafayette. Classes focus on the foundations of classical Pilates with a high level of intensity for an invigorating workout that strengthens your entire body. All classes are taught by highly trained and certified instructors that blend core Reformer exercises with cardio, weights and uplifting music. Mighty offers a robust schedule of classes on socially-distanced Reformers for all levels, from newbies to the most fit Pilates gurus. The newly renovated space is 1,800 square feet and features a reception area, a large room with 11 Balanced Body Reformers plus separate rooms for single or duo private sessions. There is metered parking out front and behind the studio for easy access.
