Class Overview

We mix in cardio interval training with weights and spring resistance on the Reformers. Push your workout up a notch. You may be doing an interval session with jumping jacks, lunges, or Jumpboard followed with classic Pilates work.   *At least 3 Pilates classes are required first. Try Mighty Foundations or Privates if you are new to Pilates. Must be comfortable incorporating weights and other accessories* Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate after the first trimester. Please sign up for our Pre/Post Natal classes or Privates instead.

Know before you go

  • Show up at least 10 minutes before your first class to complete a waiver and meet your instructor
  • No clients will be permitted 10 minutes after class start
  • If you are brand new to using Pilates machines, you must take at least 3 Mighty Foundations classes or Private sessions before joining other classes
  • Grip socks are required (also available for purchase)
  • Bring a water bottle (filtered water available)

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Mighty Pilates focuses on the foundations of classical Pilates with a high level of intensity for an invigorating workout that strengthens your entire body. All classes are taught by highly trained and certified instructors that blend core Reformer exercises with cardio, weights and uplifting music. Mighty Pilates offers a robust schedule of classes on Reformers for all levels, from newbies to the most fit Pilates gurus. Their newly renovated space is 2,400 square feet and features a large studio with 12 Balanced Body Reformers under high ceilings with a gorgeous skylight, a separate room for single or duo private sessions, and large bathrooms with lockers and showers.
