Class Overview

xCLIMB Strength is X˙CORE’s 45-minute indoor climbing class + weights that features high-intensity cardio on the VersaClimber and strength work on the floor using bodyweight and dumbbells. The VersaClimber is uniquely designed to provide a true total body, low impact, cardio workout for superior fat and calorie burning results. If you're new to beat-based classes, we recommend taking at least 1 'xCLIMB Intro' class before taking a strength class. First timers must show up 10 minutes before the start of class.
