Class Overview

Yoga Belly is our signature "light on tradition, heavy on workout" class and is beginner level for Power Yoga. This class includes breath awareness, core workouts, key yoga poses, movement to breath, stillness, and a delicious resting pose known as savasana. When practiced regularly, Yoga Belly will help tone, tighten, and strengthen your core muscles as well as help you develop a powerful yoga practice. Be prepared to sweat!   As long as you can do a minimum of 10 push ups, you'll have no problem flowing in this class. For new students, please start with Yoga for Every Body classes to help introduce you to poses (asana) and how to flow (vinyasa). Their gorgeous practice space also comes with a kitchenette to accommodate trainings and a private room for one-on-one sessions.
