Class Overview

Engage in a deeply relaxing approach to Yoga and let the healing begin. Yin Yoga is designed to help get your joints bounce back to their optimal ranges of motion and to help improve your mobility. Props are used to facilitate deep release in the connective tissues and to calm the nervous system.  We practice in a cooler setting so please wear comfy clothing, the looser the better for the skin. This class is ideal for new students, anyone nursing or bouncing back from an injury. All student levels are welcome.

In addition to offering you “light on tradition, heavy on workout” Yoga Belly classes, they are also committed to helping you cultivate a deeper mind/body connection, paving the way for you to become your own Yoga teacher. Their gorgeous practice space also comes with a kitchenette to accommodate trainings and a private room for one-on-one sessions.
