The Boxing Gym CWE is a fitness gym that increases the quality of life for surrounding residents. Their programs are designed to increase member participation which results in more people achieving their goals. The signature group classes are boxing and kickboxing oriented and are taught in a ‘boot-camp’ fashion. You will jump rope, do push-ups, sit-ups and calisthenics, in addition to hitting/ kicking your own individual punching bags. All of this is done with hands-on instruction. Classes are for anyone and everyone who is serious about starting a fit and healthy lifestyle or is already living one! They will help you build unreal confidence blended with an amazing work ethic!
