The room is heated to 90 degrees while you flow through a vinyasa style yoga set to inspirational music. Purify the body as you cleanse away toxins, use ujayi style deep breathing, and poses that blend beautifully together reaching every muscle, organ and joint in the body. Learn to let go and be at ease in the pose. Intermediate to Advanced.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. For the benefit of yourself and fellow practitioners, please do not knock if the doors are locked.
There may be some twists, turns and bending, so don’t eat a full meal at least one hour before class – the emptier your stomach, the more enjoyable your practice will be.
Bring your own yoga mat or you can rent one for $1.
Bring a towel and water bottle; there is a water bottle refilling station.
