Yogilates is a combination of Yoga and Pilates, offering the best of both worlds. Through simple exercises, you will develop strength and flexibility using balls and bands for resistance training, in addition to stretching and breath work.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. For the benefit of yourself and fellow practitioners, please do not knock if the doors are locked.
There may be some twists, turns and bending, so don’t eat a full meal at least one hour before class – the emptier your stomach, the more enjoyable your practice will be.
Bring your own yoga mat or you can rent one for $1.
Bring a towel and water bottle; there is a water bottle refilling station.
