Vin Yin Yoga is a hybrid style that combines elements from both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, offering the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the deep, meditative stretches of Yin. Vin Yin is excellent for yogis looking for a well-rounded practice that incorporates both the energizing and calming aspects of yoga.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. For the benefit of yourself and fellow practitioners, please do not knock if the doors are locked.
There may be some twists, turns and bending, so don’t eat a full meal at least one hour before class – the emptier your stomach, the more enjoyable your practice will be.
Bring your own yoga mat or you can rent one for $1.
Bring a towel and water bottle; there is a water bottle refilling station.
