Yoga Sculpt: This 45-minute class is for the fearless and the fun! It provides an opportunity for both advanced and beginner yogis to target the muscles they need to have a strong and safe yoga practice. By combining elements from the traditional yoga poses you know and love, with the added bonus of light weight training, you can strengthen the muscles surrounding and supporting the joints. Unique sequences will tone and strengthen your whole body while continuing the mindful benefits of a yoga practice.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. For the benefit of yourself and fellow practitioners, please do not knock if the doors are locked.
There may be some twists, turns and bending, so don’t eat a full meal at least one hour before class – the emptier your stomach, the more enjoyable your practice will be.
Bring your own yoga mat or you can rent one for $1.
Bring a towel and water bottle; there is a water bottle refilling station.
