Mindful Power:
This is a power based class that will challenge and inspire you while you move mindfully through yoga poses, hold yoga poses, practice standing balancing poses.Core work will be sprinkled throughout class.
This class is meant to create flexibility, focus and strength.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. For the benefit of yourself and fellow practitioners, please do not knock if the doors are locked.
There may be some twists, turns and bending, so don’t eat a full meal at least one hour before class – the emptier your stomach, the more enjoyable your practice will be.
Bring your own yoga mat or you can rent one for $1.
Bring a towel and water bottle; there is a water bottle refilling station.
