Get Ready to kick some asana with this non-traditional, dynamic yoga class. The instructor will walk around the room offering adjustments to those who need the extra support. The room is warmed to 80-85 degrees to ensure your muscles are ready for arm balances, handstands, headstands and some deep poses. Each class will focus on building full-body strength and getting you into your most coveted pose!
Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. For the benefit of yourself and fellow practitioners, please do not knock if the doors are locked.
There may be some twists, turns and bending, so don’t eat a full meal at least one hour before class – the emptier your stomach, the more enjoyable your practice will be.
Bring your own yoga mat or you can rent one for $1.
Bring a towel and water bottle; there is a water bottle refilling station.
