Come and unwind with a simple, yet transformative guided relaxation process. You'll be led through a 30-minute gentle yoga class before a 30-minute deep meditative inquiry, as you sink into your nest made of blankets and bolsters. A blissful state will soon ensue as you move through the entire Yoga Nidra practice.
Yoga Nidra is an ancient, sacred yogic process of meditation that can be practiced for countless reasons: to induce profound relaxation in your body and mind; eliminate stress; overcome insomnia; solve personal and interpersonal problems; resolve trauma; and neutralize and overcome anxiety, fear, anger and depression.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. For the benefit of yourself and fellow practitioners, please do not knock if the doors are locked.
There may be some twists, turns and bending, so don’t eat a full meal at least one hour before class – the emptier your stomach, the more enjoyable your practice will be.
Bring your own yoga mat or you can rent one for $1.
Bring a towel and water bottle; there is a water bottle refilling station.
