Oncology Yoga classes are designed to uplift and empower cancer patients, their families, and caregivers in managing the physical and emotional side effects of cancer and its treatments. These classes offer:
- Breathing exercises to enhance well-being and improve quality of life
- Gentle yoga poses to cultivate strength and resilience
- Guided relaxation techniques to ease stress, anxiety, and depression
Conducted in a supportive and nurturing environment, these classes encourage cancer patients and caregivers to connect with others facing similar challenges.
Oncology Yoga inspires patients, survivors, families, and caregivers to reclaim their sense of control over their health and well-being as they discover their inner strength.
Led by Stacey Greene, a certified yoga instructor and Reiki Master, these classes reflect the commitment of the Christina Phipps Foundation, training yoga teachers to serve their local cancer communities at no charge.
