Class Overview

Flying pilates uses a fabric hammock increasing the demand on your muscles to maintain control and stability of each movement.   Flying Pilates increases muscle strength and tone, particularly your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and glutes. Balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body enhances muscular control of your back and limbs.   Flying Pilates improves stabilization of your spine, improving posture, physical coordination, balance, concentration, body awareness, stress management, relaxation and can rehabilitate or prevent injuries related to muscle imbalances or core weakness.
