Class Overview
Steel Barre is an advanced Barre class focused on a raw, utilitarian and dynamic fitness aesthetic designed to challenge clients to explore the edge of their barre abilities. Classes have limited setups, incorporate demanding tempo and select rigorous exercises from the curriculum. It's Extra. We recommend a mat, an optional set of weights, towel, bottle of water and last but not least: something to work as your "barre" we suggest a sturdy chair, step ladder, counter or even the back of your sofa! 30 minutes prior to class you'll receive a class link via email.
