Class Overview

This class focuses in on tightening your trunk and lifting your booty, but you'll get a full-body workout. You will do some Classic Pilates moves mixed in with some great booty work. All you need is access to Zoom on any smart phone, tablet or computer. No props required, although we recommend a workout mat, 2 towels and hand weights (or water bottles or cans!). We’ll send instructions on how to connect 30 minutes prior to class. Pregnant clients should try our Pre/Post class instead.
