Class Overview

Shape and chisel your upper body and core. Get your arms, shoulders and back lean and mean and strengthen those abs. All you need is access to Zoom on any smart phone, tablet or computer. No props required, although we recommend a workout mat, 2 towels and hand weights (or water bottles or cans!). We’ll send instructions on how to connect 30 minutes prior to class. Pregnant clients should try our Pre/Post class instead.

Mighty Pilates incorporates the great foundations of classical pilates while upping the intensity factor for an inspired, invigorating workout. All classes are taught by tough, dynamic instructors. We offer a huge schedule of classes – from Foundations classes for Pilates newbies to Power Pilates for fit Pilates gurus. We even have TRX, Booty and Core classes. Take your workouts up a notch and walk away with an energized, wow feeling.
