Class Overview
Get your movement in from the comfort of your own home with our new livestream experience! This 60 minute Yoga class combines cardio intensive dance, strength conditioning and power yoga all set to heart-pumping music, giving you a full body experience that awakens your soul. An email will be sent to you 20 minutes prior to the start of class. There will be step by step instructions to connect via zoom.Class Types
