Know before you go

  • Clothing: Wear moisture-wicking, breathable activewear, such as leggings, shorts, or sweatpants, and a comfortable sports bra or fitted t-shirt. Opt for non-restrictive clothing that allows for a full range of motion.
  • Yoga is done barefoot or with socks; wear a shoe with minimal tread for the more active cardoi/strength classes, and supportive athletic shoes for all other classes
  • Bring a water bottle and yoga mat (available for use free of charge), and sweat towel
