Class Overview

High-Intensity CardioGood things come to those who sweat! This class blends all the modalities from Project: Body in a 35-minute session. In this fast-paced class, you will perform 12 exercises per round. Each exercise is performed for 50 seconds with a break of 12 seconds. During your break, the instructor will introduce or model the next exercise. You will do the circuit three times. Our timer will cue you throughout the rounds. Expect to break a major sweat and get your heart pumping, you will find signature exercises derived from the rest of the classes we offer at our studio. Shoes are required. In the end, you will be rewarded with an awesome cooldown!

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class and let the instructor know if it's your first ime
  • Parking is available behind the building
  • Located in suite A, facing Moreland Avenue
  • The instructor will have most of the equipment set up for you before arrival (you will only have to pick your dumbbells)

ProjectBody in East Atlanta is a fitness community specializing in high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. Sweat with their community and choose from live stream and in-person high and low-impact workouts—mat Pilates with resistance bands, strength training cardio, or barre classes. ProjectBody is a women-only gym offering intimate sessions with a maximum of 12 clients, tailored to different levels.
