VIRTUAL CLASS - Link will be sent 30-minutes prior to class start time. A low-impact workout that develops flexibility, balance, and strength while connecting breath to movement. This class focuses on flowing through poses to generate warmth in the body while lengthening and stretching to provide a release both physically and mentally.
