Class Overview

VIRTUAL CLASS - Link will be sent 30-minutes prior to class start time. A low impact, high intensity workout designed to build lean muscle through lifting weights and functional movement. Our LIFT classes utilize kettlebells, dumbbells, and accessory equipment to improve strength, stability, and confidence while torching calories.
