Class Overview

Take Barre Boxing from home.   This intense total-body, high-impact class combines barre with kickboxing and martial arts. You will sweat as the cardio boosts your metabolic rate for increased calorie-burn, and the strength training tones and tightens. No boxing experience required; all levels welcome. Wrist Weights Optional. ***Tennis shoes suggested.   Your zoom link will arrive 70 minutes before class from MZ Zoom API and you have 3 days to take the replay if you can not make class.  Any questions? Incorporating the Lotte Berk method along with elements of pilates and power yoga moves, BARREWORKS' classes are perfect for those brand new to barre and those who are hardcore enthusiasts. We modify each part of the class so that every client, no matter their level, will be challenged and will experience a full-body workout. Using props like sliders, bands and balls along with light weights, classes will work with muscle confusion so that your mind is engaged and your body is changing, faster!
