Class Overview

Dr. Hope is a Nervous System guru, Kundalini and Hatha certified. As a Chiropractor, she draws on both modern science and yoga philosophy. By combining a nourishing, body-loving yoga flow with held poses and Kundalini breath, this class will leave you feeling balanced, connected, and embodied.   By regulating our nervous systems, we are able to better respond and adapt to our environment with ease and connectedness.

Lizard Yoga is your one-stop shop for wellness, combining ancient wisdom with modern technology. Breathwork, Soundbath, Yoga, Sauna, Ice Bath, Massage, and Float Therapy, all under one roof. You will find softer slower Yin classes, sound baths and breathwork 7 days a week. Lizard Yoga is not a hot yoga studio.
