Dr. Hope is a Nervous System guru, Kundalini and Hatha certified. As a Chiropractor, she draws on both modern science and yoga philosophy. By combining a nourishing, body-loving yoga flow with held poses and Kundalini breath, this class will leave you feeling balanced, connected, and embodied.
