Class Overview

TRAINING CAMP IS a new concept for those who are looking for more individualized attention while still working out in a fun, group environment that feels like a class and has the same level of accountability. Think B/SPOKE personal training meets STRENGTH, utilizing new equipment (barbells, KBs, ski ergs and more!) and focusing on the mechanics of proper movement to build strength, endurance and power. TRAINING CAMP although is very effective as is, is built out in a 4 week program and progresses weekly in a 50 minute full-body workout with both heavy strength movements paired with high intensity rotating stations. This session is open to 6 people MAX, allowing trainers to maintain control of the group, introduce more creative exercises / equipment, offer individual feedback and form cues, while also encouraging camaraderie amongst participants.

Know before you go

  • Check in at least 3 minutes prior to class or your bike may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in. If it's your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes early and let the front desk know you need help getting set up on the bike. No rider will be admitted to class after 5 minutes from the start, no matter what the circumstances.
  • "Clip in" shoes are required and shoe rentals are $5. If you have your own shoes, pedals are ONLY compatible with SPD shoes. 
  • Mat Rental available ($3)
  • Located on the corner of Old Colony Ave and C Street in South Boston, across from PKL Boston and next to Tatte Bakery + Cafe

  • Underground Ink Block: Outdoor STRENGTH classes located at 90 Traveler St (BYO water, towel)
