RIDE 30 is the RIDE you know and love, packed into 30 minutes of sweat and energy. You can expect a flow that is attainable and challenging, with an added intensity kick to fit into any busy schedule. This class accounts for the first 30 minutes of the RIDE x STRENGTH or YOGA 60 Hybrid class. Specific bikes are available for booking in this class.

Know before you go

  • Check in at least 3 minutes prior to class or your bike may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in. If it's your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes early and let the front desk know you need help getting set up on the bike. No rider will be admitted to class after 5 minutes from the start, no matter what the circumstances.
  • "Clip in" shoes are required and shoe rentals are $5. If you have your own shoes, pedals are ONLY compatible with SPD shoes. 
  • Mat Rental available ($3)
  • Located on the corner of Old Colony Ave and C Street in South Boston, across from PKL Boston and next to Tatte Bakery + Cafe
  • Nearest T Station: Red Line BROADWAY
  • Underground Ink Block: Outdoor STRENGTH classes located at 90 Traveler St (BYO water, towel)
