Know before you go

  • Check in at least 3 minutes prior to class time. After this time, your bike may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in. If it's your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes early and let the front desk know you need help getting set up on the bike. No rider will be admitted to class after 5 minutes from the start, no matter what the circumstances.
  • "Clip in" shoes are required and shoe rentals are free of charge at the front desk. If you have your own shoes, pedals are ONLY compatible with SPD shoes.

B/SPOKE is Boston's premier indoor cycling studio located in the heart of Downtown Boston offering classes to people of all ages and fitness backgrounds. At B/SPOKE, we believe fitness can be fun and inspiring.  For many of us, it's a form of therapy - a way to forget yesterday, take back today, or change tomorrow.  At B/SPOKE, we respect the mind / body / spirit connection.  We employ a holistic approach to helping our riders find a sustainable path to better health and personal growth, all while having as good a time as possible.  We value the role of technology and the numerous benefits when measuring all your progress and hard work.  Our bikes are equipped to track your performance while you ride and upload all your data for you to review later on from the privacy of your computer or smartphone.
