Conor Murphy is hosting a one hour ‘Introduction to Crossfit’ class – half tread, half floor/dumbbells. You can expect high energy and a great workout, all while learning the proper mechanics of the squat and press. Conor has worked with all different demographics and all different fitness levels for over 15 years, so this class is perfect for anyone and everyone looking for the ultimate workout.   • Check in at least 5 minutes prior to class time. After this time, your treadmill may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in. If it's your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes early.
