Class Overview

50% treadmill, 50% pilates. After one of our MYSTRYDE instructors leads you through 30 minutes of treadmill intervals, Jennifer Phelan, owner of JPPilates will be leading a 30 min Pilates class. Jump off the tread and right onto the mat for a high energy, total body Pilates workout. Pilates is a perfect compliment to your running routine. You will lengthen, strengthen and condition your entire body as you move through challenging core sequences. Jennifer will offer ample modifications for every student and fitness level

  • NEW LOCATION!
  • Prior running experience is not required.
  • Check in at least 5 minutes prior to class time. After this time, your treadmill may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in. If it's your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes early.
