Class Overview

To purchase a credit for a virtual class, go to www.mystryde.com and buy a standard credit or standard credit class pack (virtual class credits cannot be purchased on the app, but once purchased, you can use the app to book). This is a virtual running and strength class. This class will start out with a run round of 10-12 minutes, and then transition to strength. We'll alternate between running and strength 2-3 times during this class. You do not need equipment. We suggest taking this class on your phone and either goin to a local outdoor track, or you can do the strength in your home or driveway, and head outside for your running rounds!

  • NEW LOCATION!
  • Prior running experience is not required.
  • Check in at least 5 minutes prior to class time. After this time, your treadmill may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in. If it's your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes early.
