Half ON-THE-BEAT and Half OFF-THE-BEAT, TRAIN X combines all your favorite parts from TRAIN with a new HIIT weight training section that ignites more muscles per move for a total-body workout that will satisfy all your strength and cardio needs. Proper form and posture are a priority in this class which makes it suitable for all fitness levels.
Check in at least 3 minutes prior to class time. After this time, your bike may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in.
If it's your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes early and let the front desk know you need help getting set up on the bike. No rider will be admitted to class after 5 minutes from the start, no matter what the circumstances.
"Clip in" shoes are required and shoe rentals are free of charge at the front desk. If you have your own shoes, pedals are ONLY compatible with SPD shoes.
