Class Overview

Resistance R/DE is a high-intensity endurance R/DE set to the beat with less choreography and more hills than our signature R/DE. The aim is to focus on interval training and longer climbs which will keep you breathless all set to amazing playlists.

Opens 7 days in advance

Know before you go

  • Check in at least 3 minutes prior to class time. After this time, your bike may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in.
  • If it's your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes early and let the front desk know you need help getting set up on the bike. No rider will be admitted to class after 5 minutes from the start, no matter what the circumstances.
  • "Clip in" shoes are required and shoe rentals are free of charge at the front desk. If you have your own shoes, pedals are ONLY compatible with SPD shoes.
