Class Overview

Designed to increase power, stability, and overall strength. This class incorporates exercises and compound movements that work both the upper and lower body in a complementary way for a total body experience. Clients can expect to lift heavier, rest less, and keep their heart rate elevated, but are still able to move at their own pace and get a fun and effective workout set to high energy music. Please wear sneakers or go barefoot. Mats and towels provided. STRENGTH is for all levels—adjust movements to what feels best in your body and have fun!

Know before you go

  • Complimentary shoe rental and towel service
  • Outdoor yoga classes are held at 100 High Street
  • Outdoor TRAIN classes are held at the Greenway
  • For TRAIN and TRAIN X classes, bring a pair of sneakers suitable for working out, and a water bottle! All towels / weights / resistance bands are provided on your mat when you arrive. Instructors will provide guidance on what dumbbells to get at the appropriate time of class.

We value the role of technology and the numerous benefits when measuring all your progress and hard work.  Our bikes are equipped to track your performance while you ride and upload all your data for you to review later on from the privacy of your computer or smartphone.
