Know before you go

  • Located at SE corner of State & Delaware on 2nd floor of 1 E. Delaware Place. 
  • Studio offers 4-hour parking for $5 by entering the garage on the north side of Chestnut Street. The Red Line is two blocks south at Chicago Ave & State Street.
  • First-time students may not enter class late and should arrive 10 minutes early. Returning students may not enter 5 minutes after class start; upon entering, lift your knees 40 times to warm up before joining in.
  • Wear exercise pants that cover the knees (men may wear compression/bike shorts under above-knee shorts), a top that covers the midriff, and socks that cover the entire foot. Bar Method socks with sticky grips available for purchase at the studio.
  • Pregnant students after 20 weeks must provide a doctor's note allowing them to take classes and should arrive 15 minutes early to speak with the instructor.
