Class Overview

MetCon is a true embodiment of Chicago Strength as a whole, fusing together the longer, endurance style structure of the Fitness classes, while incorporating the format and metabolic conditioning of the CrossFit WODs. Perfect for athletes that are curious about our CrossFit program, but aren't ready to commit to Elements quite yet. Also, an option for the athletes that are accustomed to our Fitness classes and want to ramp up the intensity of their workouts. This is also a great alternative for our CrossFit athletes that need to take a day off from heavy loads, but still want a workout that will leave them gasping for air

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Chicago Strength has been on the forefront of both CrossFit and HIIT-style training for the past decade plus. Classes take place in a 7,000-square-foot studio and involve strength training including barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells, with conditioning work including air runners, assault bikes, rowers, ski-ergs, and sleds. Be ready to work!
