Class Overview

Our first strictly weight training, no-cardio strength class. We will cycle between 4 week and 8 week programs, repeating programming every other week to allow you time to increase your weight in specific lifts. Each class will be focused on 2-4 muscle groups. You’ll leave Strength feeling strong, educated and eager to tackle the next day of programming. Find Strength weekly on our schedule Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays + Saturday & Sunday mornings — We encourage you to take at least twice a week; one weekday + weekend day for maximum results.

Know before you go

  • Class Studios has a 4-minute late policy. Should you arrive four minutes late, you will not be permitted to enter
  • Parking is available in the garage right in front of the studio-- street parking is also available! Both are free
  • Pro Tip: for Noon Classes, go straight to the top floor of the parking garage
  • You are welcome to bring your own mat; or a mat + mat towel are available for rent for $5. Ankle weights are also available for rent for $3
  • Lockers and full service showers are available

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Class Studios Preston Center is a two-story, boutique fitness studio offering three studios under one roof. The heated SCULPT studio offers a rhythm-based mat workout that pairs bursts of cardio with dynamic muscle targeting through light weights and high reps.  In the TREAD studio, you'll move through treadmill and floor sections to challenge your cardiovascular load and overall strength. The interval programming is strategic and challenging and your progress is measured through monthly benchmarks including speed, endurance and incline.  On the floor, you'll work on improving muscular strength and endurance through a combination of weights, bands and body-weight circuit-style exercises. The LAB at Class Studios will offer a variety of classes weekly. It serves as an incubator for fitness professionals seeking to expand their instruction and experiment with new concepts.
