Class Overview

You'll work your entire body in this Barre and strength-training class. Expect the small pulsing movements you'll find in barre classes to tone and tighten arms, abs, glutes, quads and inside thighs as well as strength training moves such as squats, lunges, curls and more. You'll have fun and you'll get a great workout in this class! Modifications are offered for each exercise.
