Class Overview

Ready for a quick lunchtime workout? Full Body Blast is an all levels class that will tone and strengthen your core, arms, abs, glutes, legs . . . everything! We’ll complete high reps with light weights using combination moves to engage all the muscles, including floor work (planks, crunches, etc). No class is ever the same and options will always be shown so that it's accessible for ALL LEVELS.
