Join us for our annual 12 Days of Christmas workout where you start at one and, following the pattern of the holiday song, work your way all the way up to 12. So yes, you'll do 12 reps of the first one, 24 reps of the second...and so on. It's up to our head coach what each entails...could the partridge in the pear tree be a complex? Likely.   • Arrive on time, you may not be admitted if you arrive 5 minutes late
  • MetCon and Tread & Shred classes require rubber soled athletic shoes
  • Pilates Reformer is done either with bare feet or grippy socks (available for purchase on site)
