Class Overview

This group class's focus is constantly varied, with functional movements, executed at high intensity. Our goal is to increase your health and fitness in a well-rounded way; meaning the workouts are designed to get you stronger and faster while gaining more endurance, flexibility, stamina, agility, and more. Our classes are small, high-energy, and filled with friendly competition. Most importantly, they are coached by our highly qualified and experienced staff. The workouts are always different and always exciting!
