Class Overview

This advanced class incorporating the spring walls will push your workout up a notch. You will Discover fun, more advanced moves on both the classical reformer and spring walls. You will challenge your coordination, balance, and bod. Get ready to work up a sweat in this advanced class that mixes it up! Prerequisites- At least 10 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Try Mighty Foundations or Privates if you are new to Pilates. Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate for after the first trimester. Please sign up for Pre/Post classes or private sessions.
